The right path depends on the size, layout, and level of detail involved. Professional designs are a standalone service available for an additional fee, typically ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 based on the size and scope of the property.

Larger and more detailed projects include 3D renderings through our paid design service, giving you a realistic view of the layout, hardscapes, lighting, and outdoor features before any work begins. You receive a 3D rendering with up to two revisions, followed by finalized 2D plans that can support quoting, construction, and HOA submissions.

After you reach out, our team reviews your project details and schedules an on-site consultation where a sales designer learns your goals, property, and budget. Simpler scopes receive a detailed quote within 48 to 72 hours, while larger projects move into our design phase. Once your plan and quote are approved, you sign your contract, pay your deposit, and your project moves into scheduling.
